Mark began in the food equipment industry in 1978 when he was hired by an associate who sold equipment to the supermarket industry. (Super Systems – Named #1 Distributor)
Mark worked in establishing the supermarket in store bakery layouts, concept and prepared food programs as well as working with many of the product suppliers.
1981 – GB Sales & Service
He developed Bakery Equipment and Prepared Food programs for several major Retail Chains and Foodservice Chains as well as many independents and local accounts etc ………...
1981 Began working with Au Bon Pain and the Foodservice Industry
In 1989, Mark started Trademark Equipment Inc. and began his lucrative career in the food service equipment industry. His first lines he acquired were Baxter Manufacturing, Oliver Products Company. The goal was to set up a Representative, Distribution and Service Group
1998 TME Marketing - The Representative Group for Foodservice Equipment
2001 TME Marketing becomes Avantage Sales Agency added to The Trademark Group (Food Service Representative), Trademark serves as a distributor and Valley Services becomes a separate service division.
Mark was married in 1979 to his wife Janet with two daughters Jenna and Kacie.
Robert was first introduced to the hospitality industry by his uncle Tony Seta in 1976 who was a master instructor at the culinary institute.
He graduated with honors after 4 years of schooling.
Worked under some of the most famous chefs at that time from Claude Sanz at The Helmsley Plaza to Tomas Leonard at DeBartolo Corp.
Robert’s first job in the equipment field was for a firm in the South Bronx; Bakers Aid. Helped to build into a power house in in-store supermarket bakery.
He worked nationally on almost every supermarket as in-store Deli/Bakery was just taking off.
Robert became an employee with Baxter in 1994 and later a Hobart employee after Baxter was acquired by Hobart.
Joined Trademark in 2001.
Robert married to Suellen in 1989 with one daughter Grace and a son Jack.
